These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website finatoniq.com and the training programmes, tools, and services offered by Finatoniq Ventures Pvt Ltd (“Finatoniq”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website, registering for a programme, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Finatoniq provides professional training programmes, behavioural tools, business consulting, and related educational content for financial professionals, intermediaries, and organisations. Programme content, schedules, trainers, formats (in-person or online), and pricing are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.
If a programme is cancelled by Finatoniq, the participant will be eligible for a full refund of the programme fee paid. The refund will be processed within 7 working days of the cancellation.
If a programme is rescheduled to a different date and the participant is unable to attend on the revised date, they may opt out and request a refund. The eligible refund will be processed within 7 working days of the refund request/confirmation.
Once a programme is scheduled and confirmed, and payment has been successfully made by the participant, no cancellation or refund will be permitted, except where the programme is cancelled or rescheduled by Finatoniq as specified above.
All eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction, subject to applicable payment processing timelines.
In-person sessions are held at our Bengaluru venue and online sessions are delivered via the platform notified to you. Joining details, timings, and any pre-work will be shared with registered participants by email and/or WhatsApp. Timings and venues may change; we will notify registered participants of material changes.
You agree to conduct yourself professionally during our programmes and not to record, reproduce, or redistribute programme material without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive or unlawful, without refund.
All content on this website and within our programmes — including text, graphics, logos, presentations, frameworks, and materials — is the property of Finatoniq or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Our programmes and content are provided for educational and professional development purposes only and do not constitute investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Any decisions you make based on our content are your own responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finatoniq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our programmes. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant programme.
Our website relies on third-party services (such as payment gateways and communication tools). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of those third parties.
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Your continued use of our website and services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
